Her journey began with a vision to provide for her son, Dash, while pursuing her passion for hospitality. Despite facing financial hardships and the complexities of single parenthood, Shannon’s unwavering dedication and hard work led her to achieve her goal.

In 2023, Shannon proudly opened the doors to Three-13 Bar, which quickly became a beloved local establishment. Her keen business sense, combined with her genuine care for her patrons, set her bar apart. Shannon’s establishment is not just a place to enjoy a drink; it is a welcoming community hub where people feel at home.

Beyond her professional success, Shannon is deeply committed to giving back. She actively supports local charities and began mentoring other aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly single mothers, offering them guidance and encouragement drawn from her own experiences. 

After realizing what a powerful impact mentoring, and coaching had on some of her fellow momprenuers Shannon let her passion take over and co-founded Momtor Inc.

While Michele's professional accomplishments are extensive, her greatest source of pride has always been her son. As a single mother, she worked tirelessly to provide stability, guidance, and opportunity while balancing the demands of entrepreneurship and leadership. Her unwavering commitment to her family helped shape her son's success, culminating in his recent college graduation, an achievement that reflects not only his hard work, but also the dedication, sacrifices, and encouragement she provided every step of the way.
